We’ll dive into the root chakra (Muladhara), your energetic anchor for security and stability, and unlock the subtle but profound power of Mula Bandha—the "root lock." This isn't just a physical practice; it's a key to creating an inner sanctuary that you can carry with you everywhere.

Through a powerful combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, you will learn to:

What to bring: Yoga mat, journal & pen, water. Optional extras: blocks, blankets, bolsters.
