Coffee & Yoga at Cody Road Coffee!

Start your Saturday with a perfect blend of mindful movement and delicious sips! Join me for a special event series--Coffee & Yoga at Cody Road Coffee-- designed for all levels of yogis!
We'll begin our 9 AM session with gentle breathing and movements in the gorgeous outdoor Coral at Cody Road Coffee in LeClaire! Then, we'll flow into awakening yoga poses to help stretch open your mind and body. We'll end our morning yoga sesh with a moment of rest before heading inside Cody Road Coffee to pick out your delicious drink of choice.

Your $25 ticket includes the yoga session and any beverage!

This a 6-part summer series and is limited to 10 yogis per event! The first event date will be Saturday June 21st and will be continued every other week through the end of August!
