Settle into a slower pace with this somatic, Vin-Yin style class designed to calm your nervous system. Through gentle, breath-focused movements, we'll work to release tension in the body and create a deep sense of grounding. This class is an invitation to turn inward, finding stability and peace in a safe, online space. All levels are welcome!
